We are small on purpose. What follows is not a brag list — it is how we
agree to spend our hours.
Our users are travellers on two wheels and the hosts who keep them
rolling: the shop on Nimman, the guesthouse on Koh Lanta, the family
garage outside Bangkok. When we design, we design for them — not for a
slide in a deck.
Write plainly. Ship slowly. Ride the product you build — ideally in the
rain, at least once a season.
We work mostly remote and mostly asynchronous, and we answer our own
support tickets in rotation so nobody forgets who is at the other end of
the app. Meetings are rare; long walks through a problem are not. We
expect people to take real weekends, real holidays and real lunches.
If that sounds dull, it is meant to. Stability is the headline.
